Water. We all know it is vitally important to our survival. And you have no doubt heard your massage therapist, yoga instructor, doctor, or maybe your mom tell you time and time again to "Make sure you drink enough water". But for some reason many of us still don't drink enough of it (myself included sometimes). Why is it that we have such a hard time doing such a simple thing?
